UMEH Agency collects the minimum information needed to deliver the assessment, prepare booked sessions, communicate with leads and understand website performance.
What we collect
When you take the Growth Assessment, we receive the information you submit, including your name, email, organization, optional phone number, organization profile, stated challenge and answers to the 14 diagnostic questions. When you book through Cal.com, the booking provider shares the information needed to schedule and prepare for the session.
Why we collect it
We use submitted information to generate the Brand Impact Brief™, deliver assessment follow-up, prepare for booked sessions, evaluate partnership fit and improve the assessment using aggregated response patterns.
Service providers
Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions. MailerLite stores lead contact details and supports assessment follow-up. Cal.com handles booking and calendar invitations. Google Analytics 4 measures site and conversion activity using property G-8797H2V5GN. UMEH Agency does not sell personal information.
Retention and your rights
Prospect records where no engagement begins are deleted within 18 months of last contact. Assessment responses are anonymized after 12 months unless the participant becomes a client. You may request access, correction, deletion or email opt-out by contacting jesse@umehagency.com with the subject “Data Request.”
