Policy.
UMEH Agency is a small, purpose-driven team. We collect the minimum information needed to do good work and protect what you share with us. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to get it removed.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us directly. The two places this happens are:
- The Growth Assessment. When you take the assessment, we capture your name, email, business name, phone (optional), revenue range, team size, your stated growth challenge, and your answers to the 14 diagnostic questions.
- Booking a call. When you book a Blueprint Session or clarity call through Cal.com, your name, email, and time zone are shared with us by the booking provider.
We do not collect data passively — no third-party advertising trackers, no Facebook Pixel, no behavioral profiling.
Why we collect it
- To generate your personalized Brand Impact Brief™ and email you a copy.
- To follow up about your assessment results, if you opt in.
- To confirm and prepare for any call you book with us.
- To improve the assessment over time using anonymized response patterns.
Who we share it with
Your information is processed by two third-party services so we can deliver the work:
- MailerLite — stores your contact information and delivers welcome emails, your brief, and any follow-up content. MailerLite privacy policy →

We do not sell your information. Ever. Period.
How long we keep it
Active client records are kept for as long as our relationship is active, plus three years after the last contact. Prospect records where no engagement begins are deleted within 18 months of last contact. Assessment responses are anonymized after 12 months unless you've become a client.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you everything we have on file about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your data entirely
- Unsubscribe from all email at any time (every email also has a one-click unsubscribe link)

GDPR & CCPA
We honor the rights above for everyone, everywhere — including visitors covered by the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California residents covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). That means you have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of any sale of it — though, as noted above, we never sell your information. To exercise any of these rights, email us with the subject line "Data Request" and we'll respond within the timeframes those laws require.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses essential session cookies needed to operate the booking widget and form submissions. We don't run advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future (likely a privacy-respecting tool like Plausible or a properly-configured Google Analytics 4), we'll update this page first.
Changes to this policy
If we update this page, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes — anything that meaningfully affects what we collect or how we use it — will be communicated by email to active subscribers before they take effect.
