Project Description:

At Jessup University, our work extended far beyond one-off campaigns. We focused on building long-term, sustainable enrollment growth by modernizing marketing systems and strategies while staying deeply aligned with Jessup’s mission and values. Across multiple roles, we led brand strategy, enrollment-focused campaigns, content development, and event marketing—driving transformational results that scaled impact, increased revenue, and strengthened student engagement.

Challenges & Approach:

Jessup faced the common challenge of needing to increase enrollment and revenue with constrained budgets while maintaining its faith-driven mission and personal student experience.

Our approach was comprehensive and sustainable, built on strategic innovation, integrated planning, and scrappy execution:

  • Integrated Campaign Strategies: Designed coordinated marketing campaigns that connected paid, owned, and earned channels to guide students through the full enrollment funnel.

  • Content Marketing Engine: Built and launched a system to deliver consistent, high-quality content that educated, engaged, and converted prospective students—boosting engagement and supporting SEO.

  • Zero-Budget GTM Launches: Successfully launched new academic programs like the Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) with no marketing budget, relying instead on positioning, messaging, and targeted outreach.

  • Event Marketing Overhaul: Completely redesigned high-impact yield events like Preview Day, Accepted Students Day, and Scholars Showcase to maximize attendance and improve conversion.

  • Mission-Driven Brand Alignment: Ensured all messaging remained authentically aligned with Jessup’s mission, values, and promise of personal attention—avoiding commoditized “one-size-fits-all” marketing.


This approach focused on delivering both short-term wins and lasting marketing infrastructure that would support enrollment growth for years to come.
